Last Thursday, July 10, the Light Mobility Cluster team had the pleasure of attending the 13th Strategic Immersion of Cluster Teams, a day organized by ACCIÓ in the inspiring setting of Oller del Mas (Manresa).
The event brought together nearly 80 professionals representing 27 Catalan clusters in a space designed to share experiences, challenges, and new ideas.
The day began with a welcome by Joan Martí Estévez, Director of the Business Strategy Area at ACCIÓ. This was followed by a stimulating group activity led by Alfons Cornella, focused on co-creating solutions. The goal was to foster collaboration between clusters, share common challenges, and generate meaningful synergies through dialogue.
The program also featured parallel sessions: one for Cluster Managers titled “Team Leadership”, delivered by psychologist, coach, and trainer Jordi Mollà; and another for Project Managers on competitiveness models in leading companies, conducted by Marissa Costa, PMO Manager at Tous, and Albert Giralt, CEO of Avinent.
The day concluded with a highlight: a team-building workshop led by IOLO Planet, where each team tackled the future challenges of clusters through the art of graffiti. Topics such as shared value, growth, the Catalunya Clústers program, shared services, territorial impact, and service monetization were addressed. We joined forces to collectively reflect on these issues in a creative and dynamic way, using graffiti as an expressive and thought-provoking tool.
We would like to thank ACCIÓ for the opportunity to come together and reflect on the major challenges facing what we could call the Cluster Universe.

During the month of June, the marketing and communication managers of Catalonia’s clusters had the opportunity to attend a training session on Communication and Digital Marketing organized by ACCIÓ.
The various clusters were able to share successful communication practices. This exchange of experiences sparked a valuable discussion that allowed us to exchange opinions, enrich one another, and inspire ideas to continue improving communication within our community.
Representing the Light Mobility Cluster, Lia Viñas presented two communication practices that have been very well received by our members: the Welcome Pack and personal interviews.

Presentation Session on ACCIÓ’s 2025 GPS for Grants and Funding Calls
On February 11th, as every year, the Cluster, in collaboration with ACCIÓ's Next Generation EU Office, held the presentation session for the 2025 regional and national funding calls.
This edition featured Joel Juvany and Cinthya Villafaña, consultants from ACCIÓ's Next Generation EU Office, who presented the funding calls and the GPS alert system designed to help identify PRTR investment opportunities for projects related to the sector.
